AQTF 2010 SmartGuide Network Edition
For RTOs that do not come under ASQA jurisdiction
The AQTF 2010 NET SmartGuide has been specifically designed for use on a network across
multiple computers giving access to all training organisation staff if desired. The network edition
contains all the same example text and form templates as the stand alone version and is fully
compliant with the requirements of the AQTF 2010 Essential Standards for both continuing RTOs and
initial registrations.
Apart from having staff access the AQTF SmartGuide across a network of computers there are
several additional benefits for training organisations:

your organisations name

Allows any user to edit the program

Allows central access to linked forms
Plus the software has built in user protection. If one person is editing the content other users can only view the content as read only until the
person has finished editing.
Note, due to the many different anti-virus and firewall security settings people have on their network we do not provide any IT support for
installation. We recommend that you contact an IT person with knowledge of your network to install and set up the program.
