© WorkSmart Systems 2011 NVR Standards SmartGuide For RTOs that now fall under the jurisdiction of ASQA The NVR Standards SmartGuide is new compliance software designed to meet the requirements of the new NVR SNR Standards. There have been significant changes including a complete re-structure and re-wording of requirements which have now become SNR Standards which replace the old AQTF Essential Standards and Conditions of Registration. The old AQTF no longer exists. Form July 1 2011 all initial registrations and continuing registrations (current RTOs) are required to be compliant to the new NVR’s SNR Standards. The new NVR Standards SmartGuide covers both the SNR Standards for Continuing Registration  and for Initial Registration. This means that if you are a continuing RTO you will also have all the approach documentation contained in the initial registration (such as a Business Plan) available for use as they may be requested by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) or your Training Authority body at any time. The NVR Standards SmartGuide provides a new data structure to mirror the SNR Standards numbering so that all content and linked forms specifially address each point within each SNR requirement. The NVR Standards SmartGuide is based on a fictional RTO / training organisation and contains example procedures / policies for all of the SNR Standards. All you have to do is simply edit the example text to reflect your company!  Use the linked forms to demonstrate implementation of the standards or link in your own forms. You can also put in your own logo and name into the program for printing purposes.
