© WorkSmart Systems 2011 Student Management SmartGuide The Student Management SmartGuide has been designed to provide RTOs with a complete student enrolment and course management system.  It combines all your course and unit information and and combines it with student enrolment to allow tracking of student progress, absences, nominal hours and assessment results. The Student Management SmartGuide is also AVETMISS compliant and produces the required AVETMISS NAT files as required by the State / Territory Training Authorities. The program allows you to enter for Students: • all student personal details • employer details (if applicable) plus allows you to keep a record of any site visits • payment details including payment method, refunds and current financial status • student enrolment - select from the units you offer • monitor student attendance for each unit The program allows you to enter for Courses: • all course units / modules and all their details • list required resources for each unit • map trainer and assessor skills against each unit / module • link your training and assessment material to the program Covers student enrolment, all course details and AVETMISS requirements Want to see what the program looks like?
